What can the Teens & Adults programme do for me?
Our Martial Arts training can help teens and adults: Teens and adults of all shapes, sizes, and ages come to us, and those who stay will achieve their goals.
Whether you’re interested in fitness, self-defence, or just learning something new, we’re here to help you! Women who are concerned about their personal safety often begin taekwondo classes as a way to learn self defence. Men who want the benefits of an aerobic workout, with more structure and diversity, love training in the martial arts.
Martial arts like taekwondo and kickboxing provide a strong cardiovascular workout with high level of personal challenge, while relieving stress and tension.

I haven’t done this before – do I need to have experience?
No one has to be in shape to start; it’s designed to help you get into shape. All you have to do is turn up, and we’ll help you train based on your abilities.
Remember this is about you, not about the person next door, or at college or work. Everyone at Leadership Martial Arts is here to help you feel comfortable in class.
Our Basic Programme is designed to take a student from White Belt to Black Belt and it will take on average 36 to 40 months. Most of our families will train once or twice a week, but if you want to train more then that’s fine! Should you miss any classes due to illness or holiday, then we will do whatever is necessary for you to catch up.
